Rebirth of Riverside Arts

Reinvented Riverside Arts off to a great start

Saturday 11th August saw the relaunch of the Riverside Arts Fayre by Archiimp.

The day started with a live radio interview with BBC Hereford & Worcester’s Andrew Easton.

The Event was opened by Worcester Mayor Jabba Riaz, who took time to meet all the artists and purchased several items himself.

The stands looked wonderfully colourful and were packed with art and creations from local artists. Visitors were offered a great array of art and hand made wares from silver pottery, glass, photography and paintings.

It was good to see the artists talking passionately about what they do and how they do it to the visiting shoppers.

A big thank to everyone involved in making this happen.

Our goal next year is to have 40 artists!!

If you are an artist or know someone who would be interested in taking part next year please contact Archiimp Curator Chris Oxlade-Arnott on 07713 055 999 for more details.
