The must see Colour at Play Installation

New Micro Exhibition at the Hive

Jilly launches new micro exhibition at the Hive, Worcester (Cafe Walls) entitled

Colour at Play

Jilly comments on the installation “This exhibition explores the colour palette. Colour is everywhere in our lives and influences us daily. From the prominence of a brand, ‘Ferrari red’ to which shade of shoe we buy, we make choices with colour in mind. Do the colours collide, co-ordinate, interact or blend? How do they may us feel?”

Hive Exbo 1The single installation is made up of 132 individual pieces, depicting the vivid pop art inspired version of Worcester Cathedral in different colour ways, each piece is unique with no two pieces being the same.

Laid out over the entire wall, the installation is 7 meters long and almost 2 meters high, creating a dramatic, bright and bold spread of colour.

A must see exhibition as it’s only on for a few weeks (closes 6th September) so make sure you pop down to the Hive to see it while you can!
