Hive installation getting rave reviews and calls for action!! 

The “Colour at Play Exhibition” at the Hive is getting a great response.

The 7 meter installation of 132 individual Worcester Cathedral images, with each image different to the next and no two images the same, has been receiving a huge amount of admiration.

People have been calling for the installation to be acquired by the city as a permanent feature in the hive or to be located in another public space within the city.

Local private individuals have said that they would be happy to contribute towards the cost of the installation in order to keep it in public hands.

Mr B commented, “I think this its so bright and vibrant, it makes me happy just looking at it. I have sat and looked at it for many hours and I really wish it could stay. This is a wonderfully colourful celebration of Worcester and it should stay where the public can see it.”

Miss S wrote, “Worcester needs something like this, what a great expression of colour and joy. It took me aback when I first saw it, what power and presence.”

The installation is only here until Thursday 6th September so make sure you pop into the Hive Cafe to see it while you can.
