David Blake, MD of Worcester City Council, has new art in his office at the Guildhall.
Mr B: “I first met Jilly at her business launch in April earlier this year. She is a talented local artist and very I am pleased to have her work on show in my office. I also intend to commission her to create a watercolour of my home.”
